Day 01: Delhi-Rishikesh
Drive to Rishikesh and check in to hotel on arrival. Relax or take a wildlife safari in the evening to Rajaji National park, which boasts of wildlife including big Cats, Elephants, Antelope, Wild boar and a variety of birds. Spend rest of the day in the leisure of the hotel and enjoy the delicious dinner. Stay overnight at the hotel in Rishikesh.
Day 02: Rishikesh-Chopta
After breakfast, check out the hotel. Later we will take you to Chopta, which is one of the most beautiful spots in this part of the Himalayas passing through lush green landscapes, often remarked as Mini Switzerland, stretching almost 40 kms. Altitude varies from 6000 ft to 13,000 ft, Put up camp on arrival and relax in the evening and enjoy the delicious after campfire. Stay overnight at Camp.
Day 03: Chopta-Deoriatal
After a healthy breakfast, you will move forward by a drive to sari village that takes approx 1hr by drive and then trek to Deoriatal which is a lake at a high altitude of 5000ft with a lovely view of the 23,000ft high Chaukhamba peaks. Later in the evening return back to Chopta camp to enjoy the campfire and dinner. Stay overnight at Camp.
Day 04: Chopta-Tungnath
After a healthy breakfast you will start the trek on a steep climb of 3.5kms to reach 1,000 yr. old Tunganath temple. Go further up half a kilometer to almost 13,000ft for the most breathtaking view of the high Himalayas from Chandrashila Peak. Spend rest of the day at leisure. In the evening enjoy the campfire and dinner. Stay overnight at Camp.
Day 05: Chopta-Haridwar
After a breakfast you will be driven back to Haridwar. Haridwar is the holiest town in the Hindu religion. Enroute visit Devprayag, the confluence of Rivers Bhagirathi and Alaknanda, which combine to become the holy Ganges at this point. Upo
n arrival check in the hotel, spend rest of the day in the comforts of the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel in Haridwar.
Day 06: Haridwar
Early morning, after breakfast you will start exploring the ancient traditions and cultures of India on the banks of the holy river Ganges. Spend your whole day in exploring Haridwar. Stay overnight at hotel in Haridwar.
Day 07: Haridwar-Delhi
Early morning after having leisurely breakfast you will be driven back to Delhi to reach your origin. Upon arrival you can plan your shopping at the main bazaar of Delhi for some hours. Thereafter, you will be transferred to Delhi airport for flight home with sweet memories.
